Our general, precision, and emergency repair products extend the life of critical process equipment; Flexane® urethanes for rubber repair; protective coatings that reduce damage from wear and abrasion; and Floor Savers™ repair systems for repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining floors. All these products can be easily applied by plant maintenance personnel with minimal training.

With Devcon adhesives, it's possible to bond and repair everything from conventional materials to today's engineered plastics, advanced composites, and exotic metals. In addition to our adhesives, we offer a wide range of innovative, cost-effective dispensing systems, and knowledgeable applications assistance.

Flexane®, versatile urethane compounds, are used to make fast, economical, long-lasting rubber repairs to equipment such as conveyor belts and rubber rolls, and is also used to create non-damaging holding fixtures, mold rubber parts, and pot electronic components. Flexane is available in liquid or putty form and its durometer is adjustable with the addition of Flex-Add™ Flexibilizer

Floor Savers™ are a broad line of floor preparation products, including high-performance epoxy patching compounds and chemical-resistant coatings and anti-skid epoxies to protect plant floors, walkways, ramps, and platforms. All provide for easier maintenance, and contribute to a safer, more attractive working environment. They offer protection from harsh chemicals, solvents, alkalis, and acids, and are engineered to be 100% solids in formulation, meeting Volatile Organic Content (VOC) regulations.

High-performance, metal-filled epoxies permanently repair or rebuild critical equipment and quickly return it to service, minimizing expensive downtime and reducing costs. Metal-filled epoxies offer excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals, good temperature resistance to 250°F, and a room temperature cure. All can be effectively applied by plant personnel without special training.
